Cults Otters ASC would like to direct all members to a series of online and telephone resources in support of, and promoting positive mental health.
Our members are also directed towards a dedicated mental health hub on the Scottish Swimming website which has a number of useful resources HERE and links to other agencies. This area of the website is continually being updated by Scottish Swimming. The following support sources are aimed generally at supporting young people.
